Ashton joined Dutchess Capital Management in 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Finance, where he helps facilitate equity financing for public companies.  Prior to joining Dutchess, Ashton was an Associate at Bellwether Associates, a boutique investment bank that provides merger and acquisition advisory services for small and middle market companies.  Ashton has 6 years of experience in hedge fund and investment management operations, including analyst roles at SAC Capital Advisors and Wellington Management.  He received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
