Mike is co-founder and principal of Dutchess Capital Management LLC (DCM), where he oversees deal origination, legal and risk management. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding DCM in 2000, in 1996 he co-founded Dutchess Advisors, Ltd., a boutique investment bank arranging equity and debt financings for both public and private companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Mike has over 17 years of experience in securities, investment banking and asset management including tenure at PaineWebber (now UBS). He also is experienced in debt financing, secured lending and asset recovery within the U.S. Bankruptcy process. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of South Florida in 1987.
