Ted has been a member of Dutchess Capital Managment LLC (DCM) since its inception. He oversees all aspects of DCM's administrative functions including SEC regulatory compliance and the firm’s finance and audit departments. Ted also directs deal closings, lien perfections and ongoing administrative matters regarding the firm’s portfolio investments. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining DCM in 2000, Ted was Vice-President of Business Development at Dutchess Advisors, Ltd., a boutique investment bank arranging private equity and debt financings for both public and private companies in North America and Europe. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College in 1999.
